Is it possible to install Navigatrix in a linux-window on an Android tab or phone ? I own a rooted samsung tab 2-10.1.

Did somebody try this?

I ask because I found this:
http://opencpn.org/ocpn/node/193/

For long distance sailing a tab could use less energy than a laptop.

I would find it more interesting to run Navigatrix than opencpn only.
greetings
Rik

edit:
sorry . I just found this thread : Navigatrix on Hisense Sero7 Pro
I did not know what Hisense Sero is.....

I suppose the question is answered by this....

Yes, it is.

I didn't know what a Hisense Sero was either.

But as I said before, I've heard rumours of Navigatrix being ported to gizmo the use ARM processors (phones, tabs, etc.) but nothing has appeared above my horizon.

Like all things it appears to be a function of time, money, and monkeys; you need at least two.
