Six times I downloaded the 0.5 navigatrix.iso file during the last two days. I always get the same but the wrong MD5 check-sum (e908c34863ae04dc09691208b7ba8a1a). With the navigatrix-setup.exe file everything is fine.

What am I doing wrong?

You did not do anything wrong. The md5 sum is good. The reason for the mismatch is that the nx mirrors did not update yet to the newest iso and still had a little bit older version which is just fine too!
