if you have sucessfully created a "live stick" and want to install to your hard drive, you can just click the "intstall to hard drive" option, and the installer will walk you through it. Early on in the process, the installer will detect your existing Windows operating system and ask it you want to install Navigatrix side by side. Let the installer decide partitions etc and when the installer is done, remove the usb stick and when you reboot you should have an initial boot screen that allows you to boot either operating system.
Of course as always, it would be wise to back up a full image of your current system... Stuff happens, but it has always worked for me
