RMS Express is actualy a Windows Program running within WINE which tries to make Windows Software running. There might be some compatibility issues that lead to this problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this are highly appreciated. Unfortunately i have currently no way to search for a solution to this problem.

Thanks David. Yes my Father-in-law told me the same thing. Hence I am now exploring some other options for email and weather over the HF. Starting with PSKmail....
