After installation of Navigatrix January 2017 and installation of Thunderbird. No appearance of the thunderbird logo in the menu of NX.

What to do to solve the problem

Hi - Menu entries are based on "*.desktop" configuration files. Have a look at this section of the documentation: nxdoc/docs/confignx.html#lxde-desktop-configuration-files.
