I am afraid the permanency is not working correctly in the last release.

Making a permanency in other language than English works ok first time but after resetting english is the language again. The rest of changes are permanent.

Tested on USB created by the windows program and ubuntu native tool.

You may append this: "console-setup/layoutcode=es bootkbd=es locale=es_PA language=es" to the "LABEL nx" "APPEND" line in the syslinux.cfg file in folder syslinux.
This will always make spanish the default language and keyboard.
